Should be a licensed Civil Engineer and a DPWH Accredited Materials Engineer II for at least five (5)
years with at least five (5) years of experience as Materials Engineer in construction of Road and Utilities.
The Sr. Materials Engineer shall be responsible for the following:
● Ensure that all works are accomplished according to approved plans and specifications;
● Oversee quality control and assurance work;
● Supervise and witness the work of the contractor at the site with respect to materials testing in the laboratory and on-site; and
● Any other task required to complete the Consulting Services.
