Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s/Post-graduate degree in environmental engineering, natural resources, or environmental management or related degree.
• Minimum of ten (10) years experience as environmental specialist in the construction of infrastructure projects with at least two (2) road and/or bridge projects
• Minimum of five (5) years experience with an International Financing institution, firm, or organization on infrastructure projects
