Qualifications
- BS in civil engineering; Duly licensed / registered civil engineer.
- Must have appropriate license / certification from DPWH. Ten (10) years experience as a Building Engineer in projects funded by ADB and/or other international funding institutions.
- Five (5) years of any experience in the implementation of any project in the Philippines and in other developing countries or countries of similar geographical conditions. Good command of the English language.
