This Project which costs US$ 24 Million is multi-staged consisting of:
a) The Fertilizer Plant and warehouse
b) The Auxiliary Buildings included: bagging auxiliary building; central store; lime and chemical store; laboratory; workshop; fire station; garage and gate house.
c) The Project required the development of a 70-ha. integrated support community for staff and employees of PHILPHOS and PASAR. This development involved construction of support facilities such as housing, school, clubhouse, water distribution system, overhead electrical network, roadway network and other appurtenant structures and facilities.
d) The construction of Sea Water Intake Structure comprised of an intake box, two (2) separate filtration lines of three (3) sea water pumps (2) in continuous operation and one (1) standby with a rating of 6,000 cu.m./hr. for each pump.

FDC provided:
a) the complete detailed architectural and engineering design consisting of architectural, structural, sanitary, electrical, mechanical, site works and the preparation of environmental impact statement for the ECC;
