The project is called the Secondary Education Development & Improvement (SEDIP) which was co-financed by JBIC & ADB. The preparation of this project had been closely coordinated with another project, this time co-financed by JBIC & IBRD/WB, and is called the Third Elementary Education Project (TEEP), which aims to develop & improve the elementary education in the country.
