Chairman of the Board
Mr. Sarda is a graduate of the University of the Philippines and a registered Civil Engineer with 40 years of professional experience in corporate and technical management. Most of his technical expertise was focused in structural engineering for projects in the United States of America.

Ricardo M. Yuzon, Jr.
President & CEO
A pioneer staff of FDC, Mr. Yuzon is now the company's President. He is an expert and an Advisor in Project Management, Project Evaluation and Documentation, Traffic Engineering, Highway Design and Construction Supervision.

Estelita Y. Gutierrez
Exec. Vice-President & CMO
Ms. Gutierrez, aside from holding 2 bachelor degrees in the field of engineering (Civil and Sanitary), held respectable positions from several prestigious firms namely: Trans-Asia, DCCD, DMJM and ESFS. She is currently the Vice President of CECOPHIL and Chapter Secretary of PICE-EMMC. Ms. Gutierrez is an Accredited Construction Arbitrator of Construction Industry Arbitration Commission (CIAC).

Col. Crisostomo S. Ramos (Ret.)
Exec. Vice President – Operations (Acting) / Training Director
Mr. Ramos is a retired Army Colonel. A member the AFP Corps of Engineers, served as Assistant Professor at the Philippine Military Academy, Battalion Commander and later Deputy Brigade Commander of Engineer Units in the AFP. Upon retirement, held top managerial positions in private corporations. A Civil Engineer with a Master in Construction Management degree. 44 years of experience.

Orlando R. Canlas
Sr. Vice President- Finance / CFO
Mr. Canlas is one of the pioneer-employee of FDC and his experience is considerably marked by increasing levels of responsibility and continuously serving the company not only on the financial matters but operations and management as well. He also works extensively on project proposals and feasibility studies.

Rogelio G. Chan
Sr. Vice President –Treasury and Admin
Mr. Chan is the company's Sr. Vice President for Finance. He has expertise in areas of Financial Analysis, Management and Evaluation, and Cost Standards and Loan Administration.

Susan M. Fabularum
Vice President - Finance
Ms. Fabularum is a Certified Public Accountant and the Company’s Vice President for Finance. Her expertise is in the areas of Controllership, Project Finance and Fund Management.

Ramon G. Esguerra
Secretary
Mr. Esguerra is the managing partner of the Esguerra and Blanco Law Offices. Prior to this, he was Undersecretary of the Department of Justice.
